READ ALL OF  THIS PROCEDURE SEVERAL TIMES SO THAT YOU UNDERSTAND IT.  DO NOT PERFORM THE PROCEDURE OUT OF ORDER.  THIS WILL RESULT IN DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY.

TOOLS NEEDED:

  1. Brake "spoon" 

Procedure for adjustment

  1. Turn the "Star Wheel" all the way in. This will push the adjustment rod out; pushing the brakes out.

  2. Spin the Tire and Wheel from time to time.

  3. In order to adjust "Star wheels" keep equal brakes (front or rear), turn the wheel often until the tire and drum starts to drag.
