You will need a FLAT surface to complete
this repair for your safety.
READ ALL OF
THIS PROCEDURE SEVERAL TIMES SO THAT YOU UNDERSTAND IT. DO NOT
PERFORM THE PROCEDURE OUT OF ORDER. THIS WILL RESULT IN DEATH
OR SERIOUS INJURY.

TOOLS NEEDED:
Flat Blade
screwdriver
8,10,13,17, 19 mm
wrench
8,10,13,17,19mm
socket 3/8 or 1/2 inch drive
1/2 or 3/8 drive
ratchet
Engine dolly (not
required but VERY helpful)
Floor Jack (4000
lbs. capacity)
2 jack stands
2 Wheel Chocks
Tire iron or "Tire
Star"
Clutch Alignment
tool or a pilot shaft
A second person
(very helpful, but not required)
Parts needed:
Clutch disc (part#
311-141-031D)
Procedure for Installation
Clean off the pressure
plate of all debris using carburetor cleaner or other such spray
solvent.
Place the alignment tool
or pilot shaft into the clutch disc then insert into flywheel as
shown
Place the pressure plate
into position, align the plate with the mark made in
Clutch Removal and insert the six 13mm
bolts
Tighten down the blots
in the correct order as shown
Torque all bolts down in the order shown
Remove clutch alignment
tool or pilot shaft.
