TOOLS NEEDED:
Straight (slotted or "Prince") screwdriver
3/8
and 1/4 drive ratchet
1/4 and 3/8 extensions
3/8 deep socket
1/2 deep socket
Procedure for Removal
Drain radiator by disconnecting the Lower radiator hose at the
radiator. (
Disconnect upper radiator hose
remove bolts to thermostat housing
remove thermostat housing by prying up on the base of the
housing
remove 5/8 heater hose (outlet hose)
remove 3/4 heater hose (inlet hose for heater)
