OOPS is the only thing I could think of when I saw this.  This is what can happen if you disregard rules from our Safety page.

This happens when you do not use four Jack stands when lifting the entire vehicle. Actually this occurred during a 20 mph wind. Just think before you lift!

Just for your information, no ambulance was required, as that no animal, vegetable, or mineral was harmed during this incident.
