  • You will need a FLAT surface to complete this repair for your safety.

  • READ ALL OF  THIS PROCEDURE SEVERAL TIMES SO THAT YOU UNDERSTAND IT.  DO NOT PERFORM THE PROCEDURE OUT OF ORDER.  THIS WILL RESULT IN DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY.

TOOLS NEEDED:

  1.  

Procedure for Installation

  1. Use some wire and a second person to keep tension on the clutch cable so it does not fall off the hook.

  2. Attach accelerator cable.

  3. Wiggle the peddle cluster and the push rod for the master cylinder back into place.

  4. Tighten both 14mm bolts

  5. Lower the VW using Lowering procedure.
